Midiplus MIDI Controllers xPAD Editorial Review
The midiplus xPAD - Key Controller offers a modern design with 16 velocity-sensitive keys and USB connectivity, which makes it compatible with both Mac and PC systems. However, users have expressed frustrations, especially regarding sensitivity issues and difficulty in setup, leading some to prefer alternatives like the AKAI MPK Mini. While it has potential as a starter device, the lack of included software and some operational challenges may hinder newcomers. Overall, it's appreciated for its plug-and-play functionality but requires additional pieces to fully realize its capabilities.
