Question:
Any tips on how to clean lighter colors, like cotton white?
Answer: I wipe mine every time, Nordic grey, but it’s getting stained very quickly. They look great, but in a working environment, I reckon mine will be getting chucked after a year. It’s just not a good machine, other than to look at, at first. Shame really, because they really do look great. Certainly won’t be buying another one. -

How do I clean the wand with burnt milk stuck on?
Answer: Fill a cup up with water and turn the wand on which heats the water up and cleans it and leave it to soak in the boiling water. My son is a chef and I bought it for him and this was his answer. -

Is it BPA free?
Answer: It will have a chemical taste at first, you need to run water through the machine before use, the internals are all metal to hold the pressure and not melt, only the outside is plastic. -
Question:
Water doesn't seem to get quite hot enough. Any ideas?
Answer: Please follow instructions for first use but instead of leaving the steam knob on 0, turn it up. This will get rid of any potential blockages or air locks. Water may spurt out at first but it should then flow correctly. If this does not troubleshoot the issue, please contact our customer service team. Kind Regards,Swam -

Can you use larger glass mugs for this machine?
Answer: I would say, the maximum height of a cup or coffee class should be 9cm. Even then with a 9cm height cup, you may have to tilt it slightly when you put it under the porter filter, but it fits. A 7cm cup is the ideal size really, without having to tilt, just fits in perfectly. -

Answer: Only 240V
