The mini circular saw is a compact and lightweight tool that is easy to use. It does not produce sawdust as it is made to hook up to a vacuum instead of using a bag. Unfortunately, it does not have a laser guide to aid in straight lines. It is capable of making shallow cuts up to 1/2 inch, however, it cannot make mitered cuts. The replacement blade for the saw can be bought directly from the listing and delivered within 3-7 days. Some customers found that the saw did not have enough power and could not perform as advertised. One customer experienced overheating after using the saw to cut metal. But, others have found the saw good and fast for cutting, easy to use and very safe. A customer who loves woodworking found the saw easy to handle and very safe, even at 75 years old. One customer found it to be a useful tool for installing flooring.
