The yarn weight is No: 3 (Light) / WPI : 14, and it can be used with a 3.75 - 4.5 mm Needle Size or 4.5 - 5.5 mm Hook Size. It is washable by handwashing, and you can even melt it with a lighter or iron and glue two pieces together. The thread is soft and not very stretchable; however, there may be a slight stretch in your projects depending on your stitching style. A few customers have used it for diverse projects, including favor bags, purses with slip stitches, and kumihimo.
