UAC Compressors UACCO11178JC Editorial Review
The Universal Air Conditioner CO 11178JC AC Compressor and Clutch has received a mixed reception from customers who have used it in various vehicle models, primarily the 2009 Toyota Camry and the 2008 RAV4. Many users report that the part fits well and installs easily, often noting that it appears to meet OEM grade specifications. Initial performance seems satisfactory, with many stating that the AC works fine and efficiently cools the cabin. However, some customers have experienced issues over time. Complaints about noise have surfaced, with several users describing loud sounds, particularly during the initial moments of driving. The cooling performance has also been criticized, with some users indicating that it doesn't match the efficacy of the original compressor. Longevity is a concern, as a few users have reported that their unit failed within a year, raising doubts about its durability and overall quality. While some individuals express satisfaction and recommend the product, others advise potential buyers to Consider investing in a higher-quality alternative, stressing their dissatisfaction with the compressor's sound levels and cooling capability. **
