The unit comes with 20-inch leads and can test between 1uF-22,000uF with a 0.2uF accuracy, and can auto-discharge up to +/- 50v. The excitation voltage is +- 3.0 volts and will measure up to 40 ohms impedance. It is possible to test Tantalum capacitors with it. The experience of customers using the Atlas ESR70 was generally positive as it saved time and is accurate.
