No stepped settings, no guessing. The rating is 2000VA (20 amps). That’s enough for most bench equipment, power tools, heaters, or lamps. The all-copper coil and iron shell mean it runs cool and quiet. The through-body thermal grid vents heat, so it doesn‘t overheat during long test sessions. Safety features include overcurrent, thermal, overvoltage, short-circuit protection, plus a grounding port. It comes with six spare fuses — you won’t be hunting for replacements when one blows. Use it for: bringing up old tube radios safely, controlling motor speed (it‘s an excellent AC motor speed controller), dimming stage lights, testing power supplies, or conditioning voltage for sensitive lab gear.
